The Grand Tour of Tuscany: 7 Day Course

inluded are: airport pick-up (pm)and drop-off (am) at Rome Fumicino, accommodation at 4 star country resort, meals at the hotels Michelin recommended restaurant (apart from lunch on excursion days), plein-air workshops, materials, excursions to Florence with entrane to the Uffizi Gallery and Academia, visits to either Arezzo, Siena or San Gimignano, awine tasting session. An optional Italian cooking class is also on offer and must be pre-booked.
The above stated discounts do not apply to ‘The Grand Tour of Tuscany’ course.
Gift Certificates: for a very special gift, we provide beautiful gift certificates in printable version or we can send it directly to the recipient. We will print it on thick art paper and send it directly to the recipient as a scroll. You don’t need to book a specific course when you purchase a gift certificate, so that your loved one can choose to come on a course of his/her choice. (subject to availability)
We will be happy to assist with your travel planning, and are at hand if you need advice regarding on-ward journeys, etc.
Once you know your flight details, we will be able to give details on how to get to your pick-up location easily.
Note for Courses at The Retreat:
The advertised course dates include arrival and departure days.
Arrival Days: We welcome guests from 3pm onwards. Should you need to arrive earlier, please inform us in advance. Welcome drinks, afternoon tea/coffee and cake, evening meal are included on arrival day.
Departure Days: drop-off at Pedaso or Ascoli Piceno for your onward or return journey after breakfast. Due to room change overs for new guests, all rooms must be vacated by 11 am.
Please contact us should you wish to book a holiday outside the above dates. We also welcome experienced painters wishing to use the facilities of our studio without participating in a course. We accept payment in Pound Sterling or Euros by banker’s draft and other currencies (Paypal only). Any charges for transactions made by your payment institution or Paypal are at your cost.
A 25% deposit is requested at the time of booking and full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We can hold reservations for up to one week.
